I'm going to frame this one. So beautiful!

What a Saturday!!!

What a Saturday!!!

What a Saturday!!!

So, we started out this morning with swimming lessons at 9. It was the first class and Pat and I were allowed to stay (very exciting). When we left the pool at 10 we had to get home, shower, eat lunch and make it to Olivia's birthday party by 1. We were a little late, but , we made it. Emma chose to get purple nails with flowers on them . Then, we had to get home for 5 to get ready for the Daddy Daughter Dance for her Daisy troop. At 5:45 Pat and Em were off!! What a crazy day!!!! But, WE MADE IT !!! In between all of that ....we had a deer sighting up at my Aunts!!! I can't believe that they actually came out with so many screaming girls in the house!!

Back to Chuck-E-Cheese

Today we went to Chuck-E-Cheese to celebrate one of Emma's classmates B-day party. Emma loved introducing us to Ben, one of her good friends from class. They pretty much played together the whole time we were there. He is the cute little kid in the pics. ( There is also a pic of Pat and I looking happy to be there !!!LOL)

Sleepover

Last night Angela, Olivia, Elena, Stevie and Emma had a sleepover at our place. They ate kettle corn, played Wii, Battled on their Nintendo DS's and played with each others hair ( that's when Stevie retreated to play playstation with Uncle Pat). All in all it was a success! No one cried! I think once the summer comes we will do it again!

Influenza type A

  • Influenza Type A is the most common and also the scariest of the three influenzas, causing the most serious epidemics in history.
Emma woke up with a fever on Thursday night. I didn't think much of it...maybe a virus? It turns out that it was the flu. She was sick for tree days and is fine now but, Pat and I now have it. We have never felt so sick in our entire lives. Pats fever got up to 105.0, and mine was 102.0. Emma was picked up by my sister Tracy ( God Bless her ) today right before the ambulance came to get me. And Pat, he went to the Dr. and got some meds. There is nothing that they can really do for this type of flu......you just have to wait it out. A week is what they told us. I hope it goes faster than that because this is the first time in tree days that I have been able to lift up my head.
